

This Premier Table rental is 8' and includes:
2 Vendor Badges (includes free admission to the expo and special admission the day before the expo to setup, and 2 chairs. Additional Vendor Badges are $8 each and can be purchased here, also if you need additional chairs, please add them to your cart before checking out - they are FREE. Sorry no refunds for unused Vendor Badges.
If you'd like to choose your table location, which we highly recommend, please view the current Floorplan. (If the window doesn't open you may have to turn off your pop up blocker because its a PDF and needs to open in a new window.) If a table has a name on it that means it's already sold. We will update the floorplan daily.
To request a specific table location you'll need to add a note to your order when you check out and tell us which location you'd like. Tables with a "C" after the table number are Premier Corner booths that consist of 2 tables. If you'd like to combine multiple tables just buy the number of tables you need and tell us which tables you'd like placed together. We will do our best to accommodate everyone - first come first served.
To keep the table rents as low as possible we ask that you provide your own tablecloths/coverings. You will also be expected to clean up your trash and sweep/mop up any spills when the expo is over. Otherwise the expo center would charge us $250/hour in housekeeping fees when the expo is over.
SORRY NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER JANUARY 1, 2026. We will give you a full refund if you cancel before 1/1/2026.
